As a current resident of Stillwater and having spent more than two decades in the Woodbury area, Nancy has an expert knowledge of the East Metro—from the neighborhoods and schools to the local eateries and family-friendly spots. But licensed as a REALTOR® in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, she has worked with clients far and wide in both states. With a wealth of first-hand experience, Nancy and her husband have built eight houses and sold seven. She understands the nuts and bolts of buying and selling homes and thoughtfully guides her clients through the in-depth process. Her true passion lies in helping her clients find that one special house—the place where stories begin, and memories are made. In addition to home-buying and selling expertise, Nancy uses her experience as a home stylist/stager to help her clients reap the most rewards from their homes. She has spent many nights dreaming and mentally decorating every wall, every space, in preparation for moving into her own homes, and uses that excitement and knowledge when she stages her clients’ homes. When she’s not decorating or puttering around her modern farmhouse or small barn, Nancy enjoys spending time with family, including two wonderful grandchildren, and has recently taken to growing and cultivating armloads of beautiful flowers.
